Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative is accepting applications for Journeyman lineman position(s) in our Benson, Sierra Vista, and Willcox AZ service areas.

| Duties: | The successful individual will perform all line work involved in day-to-day operation of overhead and underground distribution and transmission of the electric system including operating, switching and construction. Must operate bucket truck, URD locating equipment for faultfinding and the isolation of URD lines, digger derricks and boom. Will assume any supervisory job assigned and assist in training all personnel as needed. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements are high school graduate or equivalent and Journeyman Lineman certification. Must possess a valid Arizona Commercial Driver’s license or be able to obtain one immediately upon hire. All offers of employment are contingent on passing physical, drug screen, criminal and driving background checks, and employment reference checks.
Must live in our service area and within a safe 30-minute response time of the assigned reporting location.
